Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 working days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, festival load, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1000
• A standard shipping fee of ₹75 applies to orders below the minimum value.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
• You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD – Currently not available

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Rishi Luxury Herbs is not responsible for delivery failure due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unreachable contact number
• Customer not accepting delivery

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Tampered Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered:
1. Do not accept delivery
2. Take photos/video as proof
3. Contact us within 24 hours with details

We will arrange replacement or resolution after verification.
